As compared to baseline year 2019. Performance data covers our owned and managed investment properties in Hong Kong and the Mainland (excluding hotels). The increase in GHG emissions and energy usage was mainly due to the newly reported energy contribution from projects in Shenyang, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
Sustainable building certifications include BEAM/BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, and Green Building Evaluation Label.
