Sustainability Vision 2030 is built on four focus areas: Environment, People, Community and Value Chain, which align our visions with UNSDGs. This strategy provides a coherent and holistic framework for advancing our sustainability performance in our operations and business plans with the targets set.
Environment
Environmental stewardship is a responsibility we all share. At Kerry Properties, we are aware that every decision made and every action enacted, can have consequences for the future.
Community
We consider our impacts on the local community for everything we do. This ensures we can positively influence the development and place-making of sustainable cities.
People
It is a non-negotiable tenet of Kerry Properties' operations that all people are treated fairly, impartially and with dignity – and, more importantly, that every voice is heard.
Value Chain
At Kerry Properties, we view our value chain, aligned with relevant UNSDGs, as a core strength underpinning the delivery of exceptional products and services to the communities we serve.

- Our environmental performance data mentioned in this section primarily covers investment properties in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland that are owned and managed by the Group with operational control and have reached the predetermined occupancy level or operating period. Properties that are being held for sale are not included. All data are compared to FY2024.
- People-related data illustrated pertains solely to employees directly employed by the Group (excluding hotels).
- Community and value chain-related data covers our managed properties and projects under development in both Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland.
