ddd KPL Sustainability - People

Employees are Kerry Properties' greatest assets. We aspire to create a work environment employees feel engaged, supported, and valued.

To keep track of our employee satisfaction, year-round employee engagement exercises and assessments, including but not limited to periodical engagement surveys, employee training surveys and feedback generated from our staff newsletters, are carried out. Such assessments will also be distributed to all employees. These insights allow us to action changes across the Group.

Additionally, annual employee performance reviews serve the purpose of evaluating employee performance against set objectives, as well as identifying areas for improvement and growth. Through our performance-based appraisal system, we aim to recognize and reward employees who consistently deliver exceptional performance.

This holistic approach enables us to foster a supportive and high-performing work environment where employees are recognized and rewarded for their exceptional contributions.
